Refund policy

At Creative Workshops, we strive to ensure every customer has a positive and fulfilling experience. If any concerns arise, we are committed to addressing them promptly and finding the best possible solution.

Pop-Up Workshop Tickets:
All pop-up workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you may request credit toward a future class at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop. To request a credit, please contact us at info@creativeworkshops.art.

Private Events & 1-on-1 Training:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event on our calendar. This deposit covers the preparation time, as well as any supplies and materials acquired specifically for your event. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we assess rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. If rescheduling is possible without incurring additional costs, we will do our best to accommodate without a rescheduling fee.
